Sending cookies through the mail can seem like a tall order, especially when those cookies are somewhat fragile, dipped in chocolate, or contain personalized messages. We pack our cookies like they’re fine bone china. It’s pretty rare that our cookies arrive at a customer’s door in less than perfect shape, but if they do, you can bet we’ll replace them. If that happens, just call us within 24 hours.
- We know that some parts of the world are hotter than others.
We only ship your personalized cookie to addresses in the United States, but we’re well aware that when a cookie is smothered in chocolate, it stands a better chance of surviving a Montana winter than a Tucson summer. That’s why we pack our chocolate-covered cookies in ice packs during the summer months. We’re also sure to ship overnight when the weather is warm – the shipping costs a bit more, but it’ll be worth it.
