Each cookie is hand-dipped in your choice of chocolares or caramel...our Confectionary Artisans decorate each one with a hand-crafted royal icing decoration for the occasion and a generous sprinkling of blue & white non-pariels (as shown) OR tiny confetti, for a more festive look!
